i have to admit i did choose this beer solely based on its name (naturally!) but port brewing shark attack is my new favorite beer i do believe!



a 22 oz. bottle of 9% alcohol. double red and double delicious. i am pretty sure that two bottles of it would test even my limits.

it's not entirely unlike one of my other favorite new discoveries the rogue morimoto soba signature ale which jamie was kind enough to introduce me to a couple months ago.

basically you're pretty drunk after just one bottle of either of those beers.

i've been on an adventurous kick lately when it comes to my food (which i will probably write about later) and drink.

i'm especially susceptible to trying foods with a clever name though i still haven't had the opportunity to try landshark lager yet...

i think i'm goin back to school cause i'm tired of bein a fool

i've been doing a lot of thinking about going back to school for the past while and while i was mucking about on the web today found i this article from mental floss on some pretty bohemian classes.

i can't bring myself to move to iowa even for such a great cause(see #1) but i could *definitely* wind up going to tufts in boston (see #8)-which incidentally they offered a course called Sabermetrics: The Objective Analysis of Baseball and another course called History of Punk Rock.

if only i didn't hate the boston accent so much...

and i just found a part 2!

i don't understand why # 8 is in alabama..it should've been offered in pittsburgh.
#1 i could probably teach the class.
#9 could make me consider a move to la.
